(Nasal Inhaler)
Combine all oil in a glass dish and soak the inhaler stick with oils. Place stick in tube and close with lid. Inhale as often as needed to be able to breathe better. Aromatic Blends: Specific blends noted for use in a diffuser used in the Young Living Desert Mist Diffuser, which holds 200 ml. You can adjust them to your diffuser's specifications and/or your personal likings.
Diffuser Tip: If you have one (or two or three...) certain blends you just absolutely love to use on a regular basis. I like to make enough of those combos and place in a 10 ml. glass bottle and have ready to use instantly. 4-5 drops should be just enough for your diffuser. Ceramic Oil Warmer Tip: Use coconut oil as a base for a natural way of diffusing essential oils. Use 3-5 tablespoons (depending on the size of the warmer) and add 6-9 essential oil drops of your choice.
Vacuuming Tip: Before vacuuming, add some oil drops on the filter pad. That way while you are tidying up, you can also help make the room smell wonderful! Enjoy!
