Gua Sha Facial

The Gua Sha Technique is known for many benefits from promoting blood flow, soothing headaches, reducing inflammation, and much more.

Use the diagram above to help guide you through the process, but before you get started, read a few reminders below.

Gua Sha DO's:
  • Apply Glow Serum evenly before starting
  • Glide at a 15 degree angle
  • Slow strokes in upward/outward motions for approximately 3-5 passes
  • Clean Gua Sha with warm water and soap after every use

Gua Sha DONT's:
  • Use without the Glow Serum (or enough of)
  • Apply too much pressure
  • Drag the Gua Sha downward
  • Pass over active breakouts
  • Use more than 3-5 times per week to avoid overuse/sensitivity
